ELEVATE
On June 2nd, a highly anticipated event took place centered around ELEVATE – One Student One Startup. This program, expertly hosted by K.J Naveen, the Managing Director of Elitez Recruitment Services Pvt Ltd. (Arient Solutions), aimed to provide Empowering Learning opportunities for students with a strong entrepreneurial vision. The event was designed to foster Action and Transformation excellence among the participants. During the program, he made a significant distinction between business and entrepreneurship. He emphasized that while both involve managing a company, there is a clear difference in their approach and outcomes.
According to him, business primarily involves the operation of a company with existing solutions in place. It revolves around managing day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth functioning, and optimizing the existing business model. Entrepreneurship encompasses the spirit of innovation and disruption. He highlighted that entrepreneurship goes beyond mere business operations and emphasizes the creation of novel solutions to address existing challenges or meet untapped needs. He emphasized that entrepreneurs are driven by a desire to make a significant impact and bring about transformative change.
