The Department of M.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering (5 Years Integrated) at Sri Sairam Engineering College, in collaboration with the IEEE SMC (Systems, Man, and Cybernetics) Society, proudly hosted its annual technical symposium SAI INFOBLITZ’25 on 13th October 2025 at the Sigma Hall.

The event witnessed an enthusiastic turnout of students from various institutions across Tamil Nadu, creating an inspiring atmosphere of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

The symposium began at 9:30 a.m. with an enlightening inaugural ceremony graced by Mr. Deepak Keshav, Staff Threat Researcher, Zscaler, and Mr. Mohan Thilak, Co-Founder & Director, CubeMatch Technologies.Both guests shared insightful perspectives on the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation in shaping the future workforce.

The session was presided over by Dr. C.R. Rene Robin, who encouraged participants to embrace curiosity, creativity, and collaboration as driving forces for innovation. His words of inspiration set a powerful tone for the day, motivating participants to explore emerging technologies with purpose and passion.

SAI INFOBLITZ’25 featured a wide array of technical events, designed to ignite students’ problem-solving abilities, creativity, and teamwork. The events included:

• Retro Code Chronicles – A coding challenge for analytical thinkers.
• The Golden Blueprint – A UI/UX design and creativity contest.
• Vintage Web Verse – A web development competition.
• Paper Power House – Technical paper presentation.
• Past to Profit – Startup pitch and business innovation event.
• Cybernoir – A cybersecurity-themed challenge.

These events collectively offered a perfect balance between technology, creativity, and practical innovation, keeping participants engaged throughout the day.

The symposium also honored students for their academic excellence and exceptional contributions to the department.

The valedictory ceremony, held at Alpha Hall, featured eminent industry experts including Mr. Eniyan T, Senior Software Engineer, Zoho; Mr. Vikas Kalyan, SDE 2, Comcast India Engineering Centre; Mr. Avinash M, Android Developer, Zoho CRM; and Mr. Sakthinathan J, SDE 2, Comcast India Engineering Centre.

They congratulated the winners and participants, sharing valuable insights on emerging technologies and the importance of continuous learning in a fast-evolving digital world.

Winners of various events were honored with certificates and cash prizes in recognition of their exceptional performances and innovative ideas.

The symposium came to a close with great appreciation from participants and guests, marking the end of a successful and inspiring edition of SAI INFOBLITZ’25. The event was held at the prestigious Beta Hall and saw overwhelming participation from students across multiple colleges, making it a grand success.
The symposium featured a dynamic blend of technical and non-technical events that allowed participants to showcase their skills and creativity. The events included:

– Cryptic Heist
– DevQuest
– Voyage of Visions
– CraftWave
– M.A.D.D Wars
– Sictone

The event commenced at 9:30 a.m. with an inspiring keynote address by Dr. C.R. Rene Robin, followed by the inaugural address delivered by the esteemed chief guest, Mr. Gopi Narayanaswamy. With over 25 years of experience in IT infrastructure, design, and cybersecurity operations, Mr. Narayanaswamy shared valuable insights on emerging trends in the IT industry, the growing importance of cybersecurity, and the potential of startups in the tech world. Sai Infoblitz – Chairperson, R. Shrivani (4th year), delivered the welcome address, setting the tone for an exciting day of events. A total of 200 students attended the symposium, including 55 from various reputed colleges. The day was filled with competitive energy as students vied for top honors in both technical and non-technical categories.

One of the highlights of the symposium was the Best Performer awards, which were presented to G. Hasumathi Lakshmi (3rd year) and R. Shrivani (4th year) for their outstanding participation. Winners of various events were also awarded certificates and cash prizes in recognition of their achievements.

The event concluded at 4:00 p.m. with a vote of thanks by Sai Infoblitz – Vice Chairperson, G. Sriram (4th year) , marking the end of a successful and impactful symposium. Special thanks go to all participants, dignitaries, and volunteers who contributed to making INNOVATIA 3.0 an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

On behalf of IEEE-System Man and Cybernetics society & in association with SAI INFO BLITZ, The Department of M.Tech CSE Organized the event TechFest 2023- INNOVATIA 2.0 in Gamma hall on 11.2023 at 9.15 a.m. with grand success. The chief guest was Ms. MuthuLakshmi ,Entrepreneur in Residence, Product Leader, TCS has graciously consented to serve as the chief guest and  Presented  the inaugural address. Dr.M.Nithya gave the welcome address for this event. Ms. Muthu Lakshmi gave her speech on the Emerging trends in IT industry and  shared more ideas regarding startups and  about the incubation system in TCS.There were totally 130 attendees in this event, out of which 25 students were from various other reputed colleges.Students best performer awards were given to the students after filing nominations .Both technical like Design Derbies,Game of Threats,Ink and Insight and non-technical events like,Pixel perfect,Superhero Shippuden, poptopia were conducted and the student winners were provided with certificates and cash prize. With a vote of thanks ,the event gathering ended at 4 pm.

The Department of M.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, Sri Sairam Engineering College in association with IEEE SMC Systems, Man and Cybernetics is privileged to present you SAI INFOBLITZ – TECH FEST’22 – INNOVATIA 1.0 on 29.12.2022 at BETA Hall.

On behalf of IEEE-System Man and Cybernetics society & in association with SAI INFOBLITZ , the department of M.Tech CSE Organized the event TechFest 2022- INNOVATIA 1.0 in Beta hall on 29.12.2022 at 9.15 a.m. with grand success. The chief guest was Mr. Karthiq Ganesan,from Hcl tech,Associate General manager.Dr.M.Nithya gave the welcome address for this event. Mr.Karthiq Ganesan gave his speech on the latest technology in IT industry and clarified the students doubts on job placements.Also he had shared ideas on data science field along with their communication skills to get improved. There were totally 86 attendees in this event, out of which 25 students were from various other reputed colleges.Students best performer awards were given to the students after filing nominations .Both technical like Cipher Nation , Startup Smackdown and non-technical events like Captura,Superhero Shippuden,Music Fiesta were conducted and the student winners were provided with certificates and cash prize.With vote of thank ,the event gathering ended at 4 pm.
